Decent product but is not quiet at all can be heard through a closed door in another room.

This hula hoop does the job! It fits perfectly and has the adjustable links that can be removed once you start losing inches. The weighted ball glides around the track perfectly but it is noisy. The hard plastic links seems to be very durable. Using the hoop has added value to my daily workout. The quality of the hoop is great! The weighted ball came prefilled which was also great.

I really enjoy using this weighted hula circle—it gives me a solid core workout without the frustration of a regular hoop constantly falling. It’s easy to adjust and feels sturdy. The only drawbacks are it makes a bit of noise when in use, you also have to move at a particular speed for the ball to go around which takes some practice for a beginner and the belt can feel snug after a while. Still, it’s a fun and effective way to exercise at home, and I’m glad I bought it!

I am really enjoying this hoop. It’s different that a traditional hula hoop but once you figure out how to use it, it’s really great! I think smart hula hoops are on the louder side so definitely not something one can easily do without drawing some attention.Highly recommend this hoop. I love the extra links so it can be customized

I haven't measured myself or anything but I will tell you, if nothing else, this is fun! It almost feels ridiculous. I was very excited to get this but quickly remembered that I was terrible at hula hooping as a child. but regardless, a good playlist and 35 minutes flies by. i definitely feel it in my muscles after and it does get the heart rate up. I like that it comes with the wrap as I'm pretty sure if i were to just put the hoop over my shirt I'd have bruises. The wrap is what protects your skin from the hoop. the joints remove fairly easily so taking it on and off isn't difficult. It has never come off during exercise.

LOVE! I came to Amazon after seeing the "big brand" on Facebook, because there was NO way I was going to spend $90 on what looked like virtually the exact same thing. And it is. I got my waist band and the hoop, and immediately went to work. It is a little noisy, but smooth and surprisingly easy to use! I've never been able to hula in my life, so was super shocked that I was just rocking and this thing got going! Absolutely wonderful value for the price and quality. I'm 5'9 230 lbs and my daughter is 4 and we can both wear this hoop lol so, size is never a worry. (I got the 51" and used all but 3 links initially)Anyway, if you're thinking of one of these belts, this one is pretty great.

It was a fun exercise and worked great for about 2 months.Then the roller and weight started getting clunky and would only go around a couple of times and would stop. When I took it apart, one of the wheels on the roller had lost all of its parts. There is now way to get in touch with the seller for a replacement, and no returning after 1 month. Unfortunately every other brand of weighted hoops have the same problem eventually happening, even the expensive Infinity Hoop. It's a bummer because it was a really good way to get cardio in for someone who hates to exercise.

Amazing!!I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself in between December and May. I was down 15 pounds!! I even broke my ankle and was very worried about gaining the weight back, but this hula hoop helped me lose weight on a broken ankle!! definitely worth your money!!All it takes is 30 minutes a day for a week and I promise you you will lose weight
