08-03-2026Theyre user friendly and easy to manage, with a lot of options for different setups on how you want to put them. Quality built, they'll survive some hard drops from a few feet up, easy to store due to the size, and they don't hurt your hands even in longer use.

08-03-2026Product quality is okay for it's price, but some weight plate are not always filled correctly and can cause imbalance. Two of the plate caps even arrived broken, hope they don't actually leak. The cap placement also makes it hard to use the ab roller on hard surfaces since it can get stuck and won't roll unless you readjust it.

08-03-2026I am still using these weights over a year later and just want to say that the customer service is AWESOME as well. I lost some of the nuts and they very promptly replaced them a YEAR later, my fault! Everything is still holding up strong and I just love these weights and will be ordering another set soon to add to my collection so I don't have to keep switching things out as often. If you workout at home this is such a great addition. PS I am doing Caroline Girvan Iron Series and LOVE HER. You absolutely will not go wrong with this seller or this product!!

08-03-2026I trainer forgot that I didn’t have weights and started adding them to my homework workout program so I decided to see what was available on Amazon for a decent price. I settle on these based on reviews and what was included. They arrived quickly, but the box was fallen apart, and one of the weights is damaged as you can see in the picture. Fortunately, that did not affect the utility of the weights at all. I do find that I have to tighten the plastic nuts frequently but not during a workout of 3-4 sets- so it’s no problem at all. I love the versatility. I mainly use them dumbbells or to build the right size kettle bell! As with any set of this type, changing weights for different exercises during the same AMRAP or TABATA can be a pain, but for what you get, this set is well worth it!

The only drawback is the plastic nuts become loose as you use it and needs constant tightening. I didn't want to buy individual dumbbells and this saves space. There is no smell of plastic .
