Neck is actually great, but plastic packaging is bolted onto the bench in a way that makes it almost impossible to completely remove without taking the bench apart. Really disappointing for such a nice piece of equipment.
Comes put together. Easy to fold up and down. It is a kind of heavy though.

DOES LAY FLAT. you have to remove the nob pin to lay it flat then reinsert the pin. Grant you, it did take me awhile to figure that one out Great bench for the price. Stable enough for my weight loads. Long enough for my height (6' 2")
The seat and back does not lay flat/level due to where the holes were made. I had to drill and make my own holes to achieve this. It’s difficult for decline. Wish the foot/ankle pads bard was longer/adjustable. I have to use the back of my legs/knees to hold on to the seat when doing decline bench press. I’ll probably need to buy some bar stock and make my own extended version to make this work. The folding is a nice feature for storing but becomes problematic sometimes if your weight isn’t even on both sides. If more on the back rest, it will attempt to fold up and put you on the floor.
Bought this bench because it looked like it could be stored in a small space. And it can. I am 6’7” and 250lbs, you can see from the pictures that it fit me well, combined with the adjustability, this becomes a quite versatile piece of equipment for the home based work with limited space. Highly recommend this bench. The only recommendation I would offer to the manufacturer. Wrap the padded bits of bench in plastic after the components are bolted to the frame. Mine came with the plastic wrap around the padded bits that were then bolted to the frame. It was an easy fix, remove 8 bolts, remove the plastic bags, reinstall the bolts.
I was hesitant to buy a weight bench online, but after some research, the Rage Fitness Weight Bench stood out—and I’m glad I chose it. The foldable design is a major plus, making it easy to store when not in use. It comes fully assembled, so setup is effortless—just unfold and start lifting. The bench is well-built and ideal for small to medium-sized weightlifters. It has a sleek, sturdy look that fits seamlessly into a guest room or office without taking up too much space. Whether you’re using it for dumbbell workouts or basic bench presses, it provides great support and stability. If you’re looking for a reliable, space-saving weight bench that delivers on quality, this one is a solid choice.
This bench is great. Set up was easy came assembled and aligned straight. I don't have the space to have a bench but it folded to a surprisingly small size with just one pin. This thing is crazy sturdy but somehow doesn't feel bulky and doesn't feel like a pain to get out and unfolded so its actually getting used. Declines far enough and has a good number of settings for the foot holder thing so different lifts/sit-ups work.
