On first use of this bag one of the shoe compartment zipper pulls broke. First use means bag packed, loaded into vehicle then taken out once at destination. I only had a pair of shower slippers and a pair of shoes in it. Not only did the zipper pull break, but noticed the zipper didn't seal properly on the shoe compartment. The main compartment was maybe a little over half full, so there was minimal stress on the bag. Appearance of the bag is appealing and as promotional picture so that's a plus.Update:Nerlion reached out with a prompt response to my review inquiring about the issue. They continually responded promptly to my replies and surprisingly provided an unexpected solution. I would purchase again due to the customer service alone.

This freaking thing is a BEAST! My rough and rugged guy is a pack, throw it in the back of the dually and hit the road kind of guy. Gentle is nowhere in his vocabulary and I swear, this bag must have been made for him and other people like him because it's like it just begs for the abuse. At one point we even drove through a heavy rain and his cowboy shirts stayed nice and dry inside. I was thoroughly impressed and his cocked grin told me that he was, too! If there is one that is larger, I would LOVE to know about it!

This was a gift for my son and he seems well pleased. Able to fit a full weekend of clothes and took up minimal room. Seems to be well made and nice length on the handles/straps.
