08-03-2026I brought the shoes for my dad on mid September coz he likes NB brand. He wears them recently on trip to New York and his right foot heel got sharp pain and couldn’t walk. He went to New Balance retail store in New York and the salesman immediately identified the problem on the back of the right shoe edge saying it is a defected product that he needs to contact Amazon for return or refund. We took the video of the salesman said but couldn’t attached here. My dad has to buy a new pair there coz he couldn’t bear the pain wearing the defective shoe! I want to call customer support but couldn’t find phone number on amazon site! Can someone follow up with me for this issue?

08-03-2026I really like how comfortable these shoes are, for both walking and running sessions. They look really good, supported my high arches well, fit very nicely, kept my feet from hurting after being on my feet all day, unlike some Brooks and Sketchers I've tried. HOWEVER. Very squeaky noisy shoes after wearing for a few hours. I went locally and got a pair of New Balance FuelCell Rebel v5's, also very nice and I was advised to try Gold Bond powder under the insoles. It worked and it's fine now, no more noise. I'm not sure how often that will be required.I decided to keep these for work and the higher model Rebel for running. I think these are more comfortable though, despite being the cheaper model. Deducting a star for the powder thing, but otherwise I love the shoes. Wish I didn't have to do the powder thing, I've never had to before.

08-03-2026I really like these both in look and in comfort. All black so can be worn in more formal settlings. Super comfortable and decent value . Also love the extra wide sizing.

08-03-2026Ordered these for work , I do not have wide feet but my third toe is longer then the rest so ordering wide shoes helps. These are amazing they look a little Frankensteinish but I don’t care love them. Have been wearing them all winter and haven’t slipped on ice yet because every winter I do several times. Highly recommend

08-03-2026Due to a medical issue I need shoes that are very cushioned, durable, and wide. I’ve tried other shoes that are very cushy, but they weren’t durable and the cushiness wore out quickly. Less cushioned shoes that are durable aggravated my medical issue. Then I saw these and, despite not having a lot of reviews, and a kind of high price point, figured they were worth a shot.I’ve been walking around with these for the past few weeks and I’m impressed! These New Balance shoes check all the boxes: very cushioned, very durable, wide width is perfect, and they’re very stable to walk in.They’re very chunky but really lightweight too. The only thing to be wary of is that New Balance runs SMALL. I sized up 1/2 a size from my normal size, and these fit great.To me the higher price was worth it because these shoes solve my main issues and they’re well made. I plan on buying a back up pair too.Great cushy durable value for the money.
