Wife loves swarovski items, but this one is falling apart in about 5 months of use, once a week.You can see the bracelet has lost 13 crystals in total. Ruins the look completely. The return window has closed, but swarovski could still stand behind their product, and help my wife with this.If they do, I will gladly update my review to show how well, the company takes care of their repeat customers.If they don't offer to help, then the rest of their prospective customers will also see how they will be treated if they were to buy from them.Let's give it 30 days to be fair. 9/19/2024.Hope they do the right thing!
