Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the packaging the coat jacket came in: it had no tags, no hanger, was folded into a small bag, and had a strange odor which smells like BO around the armpits, although it's possible it could just be chemical residue. Concerning but nothing some dry cleaning won't fix. I've ordered one of these before off of Amazon and it came with a hanger and tags and no unpleasant odors so I have to wonder if they're selling returned items as "new".
